Testimonial

The majority of our customers come to us through "word of mouth" advertising and it is not our policy to ask for testimonials from our customers. However, the following unsolicited testimonial is a welcome tribute to our work and we hope that it will provide some insight into the work of Forest Computer Associates.

K9 Capers found us through a web search. Their requirement was for a national booking system that their clients and branches could use to place and manage bookings for a variety of pet care services that the group provides. On a personal note, this was an enjoyable and exciting project to work on and even though we had a few initial teething problems, the project with it's modifications was on-line and in regular use in just a little over two months from the date of the original request.

Since this original project and the testamonial below, K9 Capers has become a major account to FCA with several small projects and one major one that we hope to showcase in the future. The major project is called CARS, it is a complete Enterprise Resource Management (ERM) package that is based on SAP. This package is now in use in three different companies and retails for just £1,000.

After spending months trying myself, I had to admit defeat and spend my money getting the professionals to do it for me.

I thought it would be a slow process and very expensive and so I hit all the IT companies I could find with the idea. An ambitious plan that had not been produced before that I could see.

You were not only the only company to get back to me that week, but you did so within a matter of hours. You asked a few questions, gave me a price guide, and said the first working draft available within a month.

The way that you interpreted what I wanted was amazing, everything worked first time, the layouts were near perfect, and you had gone to the trouble of adding in other useful features that I hadn't even thought about and all this a week ahead of schedule.

They say that it is not until you start using something that you realise what's wrong, and although you had accounted for most of this with your proactive approach to the project, when I did need to ask for a few additions, these were implemented without delay and in this case, without extra cost.

What impressed me most about you though, was how available you made yourselves to answer questions, right the way, through the project.

Even now the project has been finished, and the invoice in (at the quoted price) you are still at the end of the phone supporting my company.

Thank you so very much for all the work you have put in, and for the quality product you delivered. I shall be using Forest Computers again, and again, and again.
