Praise Him with the sounding of the trumpet, praise Him with the harp and lyre, praise Him with tambourine and dancing, praise Him with the strings and flute, praise Him with the clash of cymbals, praise Him with resounding cymbals. Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Psalm 150 : 3-6

Psalmul 150 : 3-6.
(Apologies to any Romanians out there, some of the accents are not available on my computer)

Just in case you were wondering why on earth we have got Romanian at the top of the page, some years ago we were involved in an aid mission to Romania. While we were out there, we had the opportunity to sing at a church, and for a change of pace we translated a song into Romanian. Can you guess the song by the Bible verses?! Answers on an e-mail heehee!

We've finally found a church where we fit in, one which feels right for us, and one where we are accepted for who we are and where we are. The church we are going to has a web-page running but it still seems to be under construction. If you would like to see how far it has got, click here. (Apart from a rather poor picture of the church building it is not very interesting.) We are talking with the elders of the church about setting up a better site for them but they still seem to be undecided. Our very special thanks have to go out to three Christians - Helen, Jen and Steve, for being God's instruments in getting us to this church. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE!

At the end of 1998 we went on an Alpha course. Although we are most definitely NOT new Christians, we thought it could be good to see what they are all about. We have to say, we really enjoyed it. You have a meal that has been prepared for you, followed by a video which presents Christianity very clearly. This is followed by a discussion, where you get to ask questions or share experiences relating to the evening's topic. For a new Christian, it's helpful, informative, and non-threatening. For the more experienced Christian, it's a chance to witness to those new to Christianity. That's all there is to it, apart from getting out of doing the cooking (and washing up) once a week, and getting to make some new friends! These courses are being run regularly in many churches across the UK, and we understand it may also be televised in the future - only trouble is, you have to cook your own tea with that! For anyone who is unsure about Christianity, this really is a good way to find out more - don't take our word for it - check one out for yourself!

Anyway, if you'd like to say hello, or get to know us better you can click on the e-mail icon, contact us by ICQ, or how about signing our guestbook - we love to know who's dropped by! We are very much fun-loving, God loving people, and would welcome your contact, Christian or not. Enough waffle from us for now- have some fun with the other pages.

Most of the music on this site is performed by Barbara, and recorded by Phil.
