FCA offers a wide range of professional, low cost computer solutions for small businesses. Primarily, we are based in Bristol but we have associates in several areas of the UK. We have two main philosophies in our approach to business and our clients. One is to be honest in our dealings with you and the second is to always do our best to save you money. In order to achieve this, we aim to let you know if your request is outside of our areas of expertise or if you would do better by using someone else.

Please note that computers are very complex and are not always an exact science so while we try our best to stick to any estimate given we, like anyone else, can make a mistake. Many companies build in a large error percentage or work to a worst case scenario so that their quotation will not be affected by this but we have found that the majority of our customers prefer to save the money when we are right and to reconsider their options if we find that we are wrong.
